Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu.
Upon arrival, you will be met by an Adventure Bound representative at Tribhuvan International Airport and transferred to hotel -Overnight at Hotel Access Nepal or similar.
Day 2:Fly from Kathmandu –Nepalgunj.
Morning sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath darshan and fly to Nepalgunj in the afternoon (3,650m).
Day 3:Fly from Nepalgunj – Simikot (2,870m) – Hilsa – Taklakote (3,900m).
Early morning fly to Simmikot by fixed wing plane (1hr. flight) and changeover at Simmikot to further fly to Hilsa by helicopter and trek half an hour to reach border and drive to Taklakote. Day 4: Acclimatization day at Taklakote.
Day 4:Drive Taklakote to Mansarovar (4,560m) 90km.
Drive to Mansarovar -Religious pooja – hawan,etc. and continue drive to Darchen.
Day 5:Darchen – Tarboche & Trek to Dirapuk (4,860m).
“Tough Day”- after breakfast, drive to Tarboche (8km) and start trek for Kailash Parikarama to Diraphuk (16,500ft).
Day 6:Trek to Zuthulphuk (4,760m).
This is the day every pligrims talk about the most difficult journey through the yatra, trek up to the 18,600ft. (Dolmala pass).
Day 7:Zuthulphuk – Darchen – Mansarovar Parikrama.
After breakfast, trek around 6 km and you will reach to the point where the jeep will be waiting for drive to Darchen. After lunch, proceed to lake Manasarovar- do Religious Pooja & Parikrama of the Lake Mansarovar. Dinner and overnight at camp Horchu.
Day 8:Drive to Hilsa and fly to Simmikot .
Drive to Taklakote in the morning - after lunch, drive to Hilsa and fly to Simmikot.Overnight halt at Simmikot.
Day 9:Fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj – Kathmandu. Overnight at Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 10:Departure to onward destination.

- 1 night stay at clean comfortable guesthouses at Darchen.
- All necessary permits, Tibet/China Group Visa, entrance fees for the entire trip as per our itinerary.
- All Japanese made landcruisers 4WD- 4500 CC with supporting truck.
- 3 vegetarian meals a day by our experienced Sherpa staff.

- Yaks with yak drivers for carrying luggage & cooking equipments during the Kora.

- If needed, Yaks for riding upon for Kailash Kora, early request to our guide is necessary and the cost will be borne by the guest on the spot. Be ware of the possible risk being thrown out by the yak.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as travel insurance, drinks, laundry, telephone / fax calls, porters or arranging additional transportation.
